You can used AudioManager.STREAM_RING. This property sets to MediaPlayer:

mediaPlayer.setAudioStreamType(AudioManager.STREAM_RING);

is ready.

BUT! you really will have a problem with synchronization of Bluetooth device. Now i'm trying to solve it.
